You must inform us no later than 30 days of receipt of the goods inform about your revocation. Please contact us to arrange a return. All returns are free of charge.

Our products are packaged for delivery to you. We therefore recommend that you Keep packaging until you are sure you want to keep the item. If the packaging has been discarded, the item cannot be returned. In this case, please contact customer service to find a solution.

Upon delivery, the driver will not unpack your item. We recommend that you take photos of the packaging alongside the product if it appears damaged. If your item is damaged, please contact us and we will replace it at no additional cost.


How to return an item
The cancellation must be sent by email info@levoo-home.de . In the e-mail you should clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. We will then inform you about the options for returning the item.

We aim to respond to inquiries within 24 hours to answer. However, it may take up to 3 business days. If your request is not answered within 3 working days, please try to contact our customer service via email.
